WAA! is a registered New Zealand charity Your donation is eligible for a 33% NZ tax credit. A $300 donation effectively costs you just $200 — the IRD gives the rest back.

As a donor to a registered NZ charity, you can claim back 33.33 cents for every dollar you donate.

Option 1 — You keep the rebate: File an IR526 form (or use myIR online) after the tax year. IRD pays the rebate directly to you.

Option 2 — Redirect it to WAA! (preferred ♥): Tick the box below and we apply to IRD to receive your rebate directly. You don't need to do anything extra — WAA! gets an extra third of your donation at no cost to you.
